My sessions can be bought individually or as a package. Packages work out to cheaper.
Sessions are a minimum of one hour. My rates are not affected by where you choose to be trained, and you won’t be charged extra if you opt to be trained at the gym. If I
have to travel further than usual for your session, then my travel costs may need to be covered.
My clients are free to use up their sessions as quickly or as slowly as they like, within a 12 month period, and yet still benefit from getting their fitness training at the reduced rate.
The initial consultation is complementary if futher sessions booked and includes a health review, a medical history review as well as some health and fitness
testing. This is quick and non-invasive and consists of blood pressure, lung capacity and Body Fat tests.
I keep these results on confidential records which are then used to compare and show improvements when the same tests are done at regular intervals during your training program.
