Our 24 year old son, Matt, had a traumatic brain injury in November 2010 and was in a coma for 6 weeks and immobile for some weeks after that.
He lost at least 20kgs and could not even hold his head up, let alone sit up or walk. He was in a specialist rehab unit until the end of June 2011 and was using a walking frame for walking
short distances at that time.
Once he was back home we decided to add a Personal Trainer to the physiotherapy that he was already receiving. We were lucky enough to find
out about Paul, who has been seeing Matt ever since. At the moment he sees him twice a week for strength and fitness training. Initially he was seeing Matt at home, but now Matt goes to a gym
twice a week with him. He works really hard with Paul and enjoys the sessions and is getting fitter and fitter. Not only is Paul an excellent trainer who really knows his stuff and
